Private Equity Search Intern, 2020
Start Date: June 2020

The Search Intern should expect to develop working knowledge of how a hospitality real estate asset is evaluated, acquired, operated, and sold. Upon successful conclusion of the internship, Search Interns are expected to execute their own search wherein BHG will continue to provide guidance and capital.
The Search Internship Program is divided into two sections. The summer portion involves 8 weeks spent on-site at our marquee Key West property where you will learn the daily operations of a large Bed and Breakfast. The second segment occurs remotely, taking place during the fall and spring semesters of the 2nd year, and will be spent working directly with the partners performing lead generation, deal evaluation, and due diligence.
