Job Description
Bowline Hospitality Group is seeking Private Equity Analysts to support our entrepreneurs. Private Equity Interns work directly with our entrepreneurs and partners at every stage of the search process. You will be given real responsibility and have measurable impact on the organization. The Analyst Program is an indispensable experience for those interested in pursuing careers in finance, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
You will be an integral part of our team that evaluates deals, generates leads and drives operational improvements. Training will be provided around due diligence, company analysis, and research tools and methods.
Responsibilities
During the course of the internship you will learn how to:
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets
Conduct research to identify ideal markets and market conditions
Interface with Partners, brokers, and industry professionals
Analyze financial statements, business models and other information confidential information
Conduct due diligence on acquisition targets
Requirements
Successful candidates will satisfy, at a minimum, the following requirements:
Demonstrated interest in private equity, real estate, and/or entrepreneurship
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
A strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
A basic understanding of financial statements
