Bowline Hospitality Group is a search fund inspired private equity firm that acquires and operates independent hotels in distinctive markets. BHG works with entrepreneurs to provide the knowledge and support necessary to acquire and operate his or her own boutique hotel. Further, BHG provides capital and guidance to entrepreneurs seeking to acquire and manage boutique hospitality properties of all types. Founded by three like-minded friends who met while earning their MBA degrees, Bowline Hospitality Group's managing partners Jeff, Greg, and John seek to provide their guests with fulfilling experiences that will stay with them for the rest of their days.

Jeffrey Bloom, FRM

Previously, a Director at Capstone Advisory Group, the second largest restructuring firm in the United States. While working at Capstone, Jeff worked on the restructuring of various hotel and restaurant chains. He led valuation engagements for dozens of real estate transactions totaling $20 billion in assets, of which includes $1 billion in the hotel space. Graduate of New York University, Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance as well as Information Systems.

john flynn

As general manager of two franchisee owned restaurants in New York City, John’s responsibilities included scheduling, inventory management, profit and loss statements, and all payroll and personnel decisions. While an Associate with Citigroup’s Investment Bank, he developed a functional understanding of a broad range of financial valuation methodologies. As an Associate with the Martin Lindstrom Company, the premiere marketing and branding agency led by two-time NY Times Best-selling Author Martin Lindstrom, responsibilities included consumer insights and project management.

Gregory holste

Previously, a Consultant at PTC, a premier global provider of product lifecycle management software solutions and services. Greg led enterprise software implementations for Fortune 500 companies across three continents.  As a Senior Associate at PwC Advisory, he established a software development delivery cycle for a $38B client. Graduate of University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics.
